2. Use Sunscreen
Ultraviolet (UV) radiation for sun can cause skin cancer.
Use sunscreen with sun protection factor (SPF) 15 or higher, and both UVA and UVB protection.
Apply Sunscreen 15 minutes before going outdoors and reapply every two hours.
