- 2 Celery Stalks
- 2 Inch Piece of Cucumber
- 1 Half Inch Piece of Ginger Root
Step 2: Wash Celery & Kale
Step 3: Dry of excess water from the Celery and Kale
Step 4: Cut large ingredients to fit into your juice machine
Step5: Place all the ingredients into you Juice machine and juice them drinking green juice straight away & Enjoy.

Ingredients for Kale Chips:
- Kale leaves
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- Sesame Seeds
Step 2: Wash and thoroughly dry Kale with a salad spinner.
Step 4: Season with Sea Salt
Step 5 : Sprinkle Black Pepper
Step 6: Garnish with Sesame Seeds
Steps 7: Mix Well
Step 8: Spread onto Baking Pan
Step 9: Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 5-10 minutes or until leaves turns dark green & crispy.
