✓ Choose kale with smaller-sized leaves since these will be more tender and have a more mild flavor than those with larger leaves.
✓  Do not wash kale before storing because exposure to water encourages spoilage.

1. Simple Ways to Make Kale Green Juice

Ingredients for Kale Juice:

  • 2 Kale Leaves
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 2 Inch Piece of Cucumber
  • 1 Half Inch Piece of Ginger Root
Step 1: Cut Tops & Bottoms of Celery and stems off the Kale.
Step 2: Wash Celery & Kale
Step 3: Dry of excess water from the Celery and Kale
Step 4: Cut large ingredients to fit into your juice machine
Step5: Place all the ingredients into you Juice machine and juice them drinking green juice straight away & Enjoy.

2. Simple Ways to Make Kale Chips

Ingredients for Kale Chips:

  • Kale leaves
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds
Step 1: With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.
Step 2: Wash and thoroughly dry Kale with a salad spinner.
Step 3: Drizzle with Olive Oil
Step 4: Season with Sea Salt
Step 5 : Sprinkle Black Pepper
Step 6: Garnish with Sesame Seeds
Steps 7: Mix Well
Step 8: Spread onto Baking Pan
Step 9: Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 5-10 minutes or until leaves turns dark green & crispy. 
Step 10: Let Cool Slightly. Enjoy.
